Cooperators
When I was young the Cooperators offered a new driver program. If I drove for 2 years without any traffic violations or de-merit points on my driver's license, I would recieve my third year of insurance for FREE!!!. That was a great deal, and I was lucky enough to recieve it, however, from my own personal experience, they are the worst company to deal with when it is time to make a claim (which is why they can probably afford to give out a free year of insurance!)
